Tranmire, also know as "Tranmire of the lakes" was full of people and factories. People were working their asses off. It looked like a very old city gone through decades of changes.
We realized what we saw in Friscos was not busy and hectic life but tranquility in compare to this. We went to get our business sorted out first. Bargaining was much difficult here, it seemed like he was neither interested nor cared about the lands we were talking about. Or may be he did not take us seriously.
He was okay with getting rid of those disputed lands and gave way more than what we asked for but costed us more than what we wanted to spend. He only had one condition and demanded, "We need to make sure what you are saying is all true and you guys are not just spies from Firscos. Just a precaution hope you understand."
"How can we help?"
"I will be sending a party of 5, a envoy and few guards to protect him, to accompany you guys and see what your up to."
Dang Ferrit! What happens if he finds out we are all monsters. I look around for support and there was Viredeo with weird smile. He's gonna kill them all.
"What's the problem, you are not doing anything suspicious in those lands right, just cotton farms you said."
"Fine, why not." I will just think of something later. "We will love to have some company."
"Good. I was starting to get worried. A team will be waiting for you outside the gates."

After that we went around the city visiting shops and land marks. Buying stuff for our people like food, clothing and equipment. We also tried to learn how the city worked, the system, the road, infrastructures and everything there.
Though ugly it looked it had gone through time and hae good systems installed at places near the castle.
With so much stuff we bought we had to buy 2 more carriages. From things we bought from Friscos like fishes to grow in pond to domestic animals, couple of pigs, chicken, goats, sheeps etc. We grain and seeds for farming as well. In total we spent around 140 gold and 10k silver.

We should be good to get our farming started. But do we even have some one good at farming? We are all monsters after all.
"Hey Andro, I know you bought crop seeds from Dohrendere, are you good at farming or something?"
"I ... I don't know much yet but I am trying to learn and I wanted to become a farmer if I had a option."
"Sure you should do that, and any one else interested can join you too. We need farmers and people of all professions now."
"My wife and I were farmers before we lost our land. We can help you with it" said Bart.
"Yes, of-course, I will make you incharge of farming and cultivation in your town. Also you said you had relatives in Tranmire, do you want to go visit?"
"I don't know where they live actually, it was all a gamble when we left Friscos. As tyrant as Tranmirer King was he was nothing compare to the Friscan Pirate King Geoffrey. We thought we would find some opportunity to earn our living here but we were not 100% on the relatives" Bart scratched his head.
"Alright no worries, we can come visit later for now we should head back now, the sun is going down now."
"Yes." Viredeo agreed. "Better to head out when there's light and create distance from this city. Safety is at concern here"
It will take more than 1 day to reach our camp on foot and may be 6 hours on carraige. I could have sent Jordan to summon me directly to the camp but we will have Tranmirer's accompanying us and we cannot show them demon magic straight up.
